Cylinder Head Porting

Pricing is for traditional V-8 cylinder head pairs. We also do 1,2,3,4,6,10, and 12 cylinder engine head work. Feel free to contact us for any custom quotes.

Stage I BP: $300 Our "street" port job - a minimum recommended porting stage. Includes bowl port.

Stage I PM: $300 Our "street" port job - a minimum recommended porting stage. Includes port match.

Stage II: $550 Our "street/strip" port job - for those on a budget. Includes bowls and intake opening port match.

Stage III: $850 Our "strip" port job - the best bang for the buck. This essentially blends all of the casting in the head for improved flow. Includes the bowls, port match, and profiling of the combustion chambers.

Stage IV: $1000 Our "hot rod" port job- for nitrous and forced induction applications. Includes fully ported exhaust, bowl ported and port matched intake, and profiling of the combustion chambers.

Stage V: See below for pricing Our "race" port job- for all out racing and maximum horsepower situations. Includes complete reshaping of the intake and exhaust ports. as well as profiling of the combustion chambers. Valve profiling and flow sheet included.

Intake Manifolds

Stage I: $300 Complements any of the above mentioned port jobs. Includes port matching.

Stage II: $500 Suggested porting for most intakes. Includes port matching and blending of the plenum and its dividers.

Stage III: See below for pricing Complements any head porting for maximum horsepower. Includes full porting and polishing of the inside of the intake manifold. As well as port matching.

Porting and Service Options

Race Recondition: $350 Complete recondition of cylinder heads with a Serdi cut valve job, surface mill, cleaning, inspection, re-assembly and new valve seals installed.

Competition valve job: $200 A must for improved flow. Includes a multi-angle or radius Serdi cut valve job on both heads (seat cutting only).

Flow testing: $100 Flow testing of one intake and exhaust - performed on our custom built bench at 28" of depression with flow sheet provided.

Valve Profiling: $50 Produces dramatic increases in low lift flow. This creates additional horsepower and torque. A good option for ported heads. Includes cutting a back angle on the valves at a specific degree.

Head milling: Starting at $100

Head or block O-ringing: Starting at $250

Mill or lathe work: $ Call
